Founder & CEO
Hamza leads client engagements, product strategy, and delivery. He works directly with founders to translate complex healthcare problems into buildable products. Then ships them.
His background spans healthtech product development, technical leadership, and startup advisory. He started Blue Arrow because he saw a pattern: smart founders being let down by development partners who didn’t understand what’s at stake in regulated software.
Haider Ali, PhD
Head of AI & Innovation
Haider leads AI innovation and applied computer vision for Blue Arrow’s healthtech clients. With over 15 years of research and industry experience across computer vision, machine learning, and knowledge-based systems, he brings deep technical rigour to complex product challenges.
His career spans leadership roles at Johns Hopkins, the German Aerospace Center (DLR), and multiple Silicon Valley ventures where he built and shipped AI-powered products from inception to production. His expertise in medical imaging, object detection, and real-time ML systems directly strengthens Blue Arrow’s capabilities in diagnostic imaging, SaMD, and AI-driven clinical tools.
Ahmad Umar
Director, AI & Technical Strategy
Ahmad leads AI strategy, technical architecture, and governance design for clients in regulated environments.
He brings deep expertise in enterprise-scale AI, from responsible governance frameworks to building multidisciplinary teams delivering measurable outcomes. His technical depth spans GenAI, RAG architectures, AI agents, and applied ML, combined with commercial discipline built across nearly two decades of enterprise technology leadership.
